Valley Vision is a well-established, independent optometry practice in Brewster, WA. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering great patient care. We're looking for a friendly, organized, bilingual receptionist to be the first face our patients see.

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients in a warm, professional manner
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk
Verify insurance and collect copays and balances at time of service
Maintain accurate patient records in our EHR system
Support the clinical team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Communicate with patients in both English and Spanish as needed

What We're Looking For:

Fluent in both English and Spanish — required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with computers and learning new software
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment
Medical or dental front office experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person
Reliable, professional, and a team player

What We Offer:

$18–$22/hour depending on experience
